We have two kinds of Lace front wig available, their parting space is different. Please choose correct one in "Wig Cap" option.
1. 13x4inch with Stretch lace, the parting space is 4inches with stretch lace at back.
2. 13x6inch with Stretch lace, the parting space is 6inches with stretch lace at back. The parting space is more deeper and large than regular.

1. We will need about 2-5 business days to process the order and then can make shipment. And delivery time is about 2 business days to U.S.A, Europe, Asia. And about 4-6 business days to Africa country.

1.Is the wigs made of 100% human hair?
Yes, all of our hair are 100% human hair. We only produce human hair product, and all of our hair have test report. Our hair includes: Brazilian Virgin Hair, Peruvian Virgin Hair, Malaysian Virgin Hair, Mongolian Hair, Indian Hair, Chinese Hair etc. You can choose the different hair materials from "Hair Type" option in product page.
2.What is Lace Front Wig and Full Lace Wig?
Lace Front Wig: "Lace Front Wig" or Front Lace Wig only has lace in the front of the wig and the remainder of the wig is machine made from a regular netted wig cap or. You are not able to wear a front lace wig in high up dos or ponytails.
Full Lace Wig: "Full Lace Wigs" are lace wigs which are designed with the entire wig cap being made from lace as well as lace all around the perimeter of the wig. Full lace wigs allow you to wear your hair in high up dos and ponytails. Upon applying & adhering the lace wig, a flawless, natural and undetectable hairline is created.
3.What are Bleached Knots?
When a dark hair is tied to the base of a lace wig with a knot, you can see a dark dot on the skin, especially when the base is lace. Lace cannot hide the knot in the same way a monofilament base does. Bleached knots usually are only done at the front of the lace wig and it helps create the illusion that your hair is growing out of your head.
4.What does Density refer to?
The density refers to how thick the hair is and what density you order is really based on personal choice. Most women achieve a natural appearance with light to medium or medium density; however, your choice will depend on your styling preferences and individual profile.
5.How long I can expect the wig to last?
The life of your wig will depend on your use and care of it. If handled properly, it should last you about 6 months before needing hair added or a repair. If used as your main form of hair replacement and you are using daily, it is realistic to expect it to last 3-6 months before needing a repair or hair added.
6.If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
Normally we need 2-6 business days to process your order and DHL/Fedex will take about 2 business days to deliver you.

8.What is your exchange and refund policy?
We will only accept exchange or full refund if the wig is in their original condition, please return them at their original condition then we will issue you full refund or exchange.
1. For stock wig orders, please check the hair before you use when you receive our products. Make sure that the hair texture, color, length, and quality are all what you ordered. We will not be responsible for the hair if it is not in original condition. If the front lace or back lace is cut, the hair was dyed or the hair is cut, we will not accept return.
2. For custom wig orders, our sales person will confirm all details with you before we make orders for you. And if you confirm all details at the begining then we will not accept any return or refund after wig is made. Because custom orders are special made for you only, it can not be wear by other person. For example, the cap size and cap design are specially made for you, other people can not wear it by your size or your design.
